These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h5555 ("h5555", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at h5555.bio. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. h5555 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. h5555 will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS — any such request should be treated as a fraudulent communication and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. h5555 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts will be reversed to the source, and your h5555 account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your h5555 account deposit panel.

h5555 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. h5555 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your h5555 account has completed the required identity verification process and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money balance (funds deposited without bonus conditions attached) may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to the verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to your chosen withdrawal method.

Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. h5555 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by h5555 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to your h5555 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum deposit required are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games and low house-edge table game bets — may be restricted or excluded from wagering requirement contribution calculations.

h5555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors or display faults to claim unintended bonus credits, and patterns of play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (e.g., placing offsetting bets across different outcomes to neutralise variance while meeting wagering requirements).

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of your agreement with h5555 when you participate in that game.

h5555 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable game outcomes. The mathematical house edge for each game — including RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games and house edge percentages for table games — is disclosed within the game interface. Return to Player percentages represent theoretical long-run averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

Sports bets placed on h5555 — including cricket match winner bets, PSL tournament markets, international T20 and ODI markets, UFC and other event markets — are only accepted and confirmed when a valid bet confirmation reference is issued by the h5555 system. Bets not confirmed with a reference number are not valid wagers regardless of any subsequent outcome.

h5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any sports betting market at any time without notice. Odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Where a bet is placed at an incorrect odd due to a palpable error (e.g., an obviously incorrect price caused by a data feed error), h5555 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

A bet may be declared void by h5555 where: a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without completing the minimum required play; the result of a market cannot be determined with reasonable certainty; or there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption relating to the event in question.

h5555 applies maximum single-bet and cumulative daily payout limits across all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip interface and may vary by sport, market type, and player account tier. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h5555 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with h5555 in a manner not intended for human users;
2. Exploiting any software bug, display error, or technical fault in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
3. Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament;

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, h5555 may suspend account access immediately, void all open bets and bonus credits, withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation, and permanently close the account. h5555 may also refer evidence of criminal conduct — including fraud and money laundering — to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h5555's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposited amount in your h5555 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h5555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

h5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where h5555 determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Continued account operation presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to h5555;
• You have engaged in any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion is in effect on your account;
• h5555 is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, h5555 will return any verifiable real-money balance (net of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to pending investigation) to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure arose from fraudulent or criminal conduct, in which case funds may be retained pending the outcome of the relevant investigation or legal process.

You may voluntarily close your h5555 account at any time by contacting support. All outstanding wagers at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to their final outcomes and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

h5555 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes your rights or obligations — h5555 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered users via the contact information associated with their account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change substantive rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of h5555 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using h5555 and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 14.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which h5555 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and h5555 for a period of 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a recognised arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.
